I bought an offer in Group-on and they collect the money without giving me the service, I tried to schedule for 3 times, the 1st time they never showed up, and telling me lies about they where there, and non sense excuses, the last time they went late, with no time to do the duct cleaning, because is a building, with a window time to perform the job and I explained and made it clear about it, it take too much effort and time consuming to coordinate 3 times with no results. I request my money back.

This happened a few months ago on a rainy day. I cannot speak for the services that this company provides as I didn't avail their services. However, their work van parked right in front of my house to dump their waste in the sewer. And on top of that and the main issue is that their van heavily damaged my grass leaving 10 foot tire marks and they departed from dumping the waste. I phoned and emailed the company asking them to fix grass or compensate me to fix it. Which they have denied my phone calls and email responses came to a halt. Very poor work ethic.

(Original) Mala experiencia con esta empresa, no son serios y muy irresponsables, la 1ra cita que hice fue programada y nunca llamaron para decir que el tecnico no llegaria, si no llamo no me entero, luego de hacerme esperar todo el dia en la casa, el dueño trata mal a sus clientes, luego de darle otra oportunidad para reprogramar la cita volvieron a cancelarla con otra justificacion, no tienen personal para hacer el trabajo y venden algo que no pueden ofrecer, personalmente no los recomiendo. Sabemos que estamos en una situacion dificil pero ante todo deben ser serios y al menos ofrecer un buen trato a sus cliente, darle seguimiento a cada caso y no querer justificar cuando quedan mal.

Irresponsable, unprofessional, and rude, dont even remeber what they were hired for. I called on wenesday to book a cleaning for the terrace and the guy asked me the size of the area to be clean and told him like the size of 2 cars driveway and agreed in $100 service. Then yesterday called me to rebook because they were late for other services and told me to make it on the saturday and I explained him that I needed the service for the terrace before tonight because there will be a celebration to be done at the terrace and then reschedule for today early morning, They show up and say to the person in the house that they doesnt know about the terrace and started to to do the cleaning in the driveway and a small patio that wasnt required the cleaning service, Ive called them to clarify the situation because there should be a misunderstabding and the guy Jay Urquiza was absolutely disrepectful, rude with no intention to clarify the situation overlaping the conversation and escaling the tone and just requiring more money to do the job that was hired for. Not recomended at all. If you still want to give them a chance be very clear about what do you want before they show up.
