        Very unresponsive. Early this month my boyfriend order favorites flowers from this place for our anniversary... he did it 2 days in prior... the flowers never came, it was fot april 9 and when he ask what happened they said it would took a little bit longer to process and we are going to receive it on april 12 (already late) on that day the flowers didnt arrive... they said nobody was at home (i was!!) and also my boyfriend provided my phone number so they can contact me if anything, i didnt receive any call... i called because my bf has a very busy schedule at work to just cancel they order, i was so mad and they said it has to be the person who made the order even if i have the order number.. they dont even apologize for the inconvenience... very very unhappy with this place.
