        The houses are affordable compared to other builders but their warranty Customer service is the worst out there. They live by the one year warranty even when its a bad structural design from their part in the first place and even admited to it. They came and tried to fix the leaking issue and some time after the year it was fixed started to leak again I called them to come check it out and and was told the repair was out of warranty (even though the repair did not work) No wonder why in south east Florida they are known as leaknar
