Worst experience ever with T-mobile. I’ve been with the uncarrier for several years. They didn’t bother to tell me about a restocking fee and an up charge fee when I got the phone. They also didn’t bother to tell me about a $40 phone cover that came off as part of another $40 otter case. It was an overall stressful horrible experience that shows how T-mobile has went downhill since the Sprint merger. This is apparently an old Sprint store. As someone who travels and writes reviews worldwide I will say the amount of fees is the worst I’ve seen with any business. Be careful to ever buy a phone from T-mobile as they won’t bother to explain the fees that cost more then the phone in some cases.

Verizon has the best service. The customer service at T-Mobile sucks.
