The worst customer service our group has ever experienced. From making our reservation, to our stay there, we dealt with the MOST disrespectful people ever. Firstly, were not previously told about a very large security deposit and had to struggle to find the funds for it while we were waiting for our room.The two Russian women who run it are not trained to deal with guests and are not fluent in English. The worst part was the fraudulent charges for damages that our group never made. Don't come here unless you want to be scammed by crooksters who take advantage of out of state travelers who were just trying to have a good time on spring break.
