After many years obtaining quotes via telephone and often times not sure if my coverage was good enough, Iam so happy and pleased to have switch to State Farm primarily because of the personal attention received from Scott Latherman. His attention to detail in making sure I understood each and everyone of my coverages not only put me at ease but found ways to add coverage I didn't have while still saving money. Scott provides friendly and personalized service and you save money! He prepared a detailed comparision of my current auto insurance with State Farm coverage. Scott explained all of this in easy-to-understand language. It was an easy decision to change to State Farm since I was saving money and Scott facilitated the transfer.
