Having an eplex system in my coach was a little scary when a temp sensor was reading improperly. I called Nautimart and they sent an updated sensor out with directions on how to install it. The whole process took like 3 days and I was back in businessincluding shippinggreat job

The technical help and service from Slav and Natasha has been outstanding. Slav has been very helpful on assisting me to trouble shoot the issues on my RV and while traveling, Natasha was of great help to get the parts I needed on the way even though I was traveling. This company has provided the best customer service I have ever received.

I love my E-Plex and when i suddenly had an issue I went to the experts at Nauti-Tech and they got me going again....they really know what they are doing ...Thanks Nauti-Tech !!!

I called Nautimart regarding a possible issue with me Eplex system and was asked to email them with the symptoms. Made sense as they could assist better in writing. They responded with instructions of tests for me to perform. I followed the instructions and sent the results. They were awesome, identified the part I needed, sent the link for part, I ordered part, part came with instructions. The next step was locating the part on coach. Once located the part was installed. At this time my issue seems to be fixed. What I thought was going to be $$$$$ to fix turned out to be $$ thanks to the expertise of Nautimart.
