Very dissatisfied with my breast surgery. Every time I see my breast I want to cry. Illona the sales rep has been very misleading, it's true about the reviews once they take your deposits and push for surgery they stop caring. No empathy what so ever. Every time you call they are never on the same page. And most times rude. My doctor was Brandon, nice guy. But as a business they truly dont want to fix your issues because they make more money keeping you coming back. Anesthesiologist was terrible, the tubes scratched my throat and lips, woke up from the anesthesia shaking no one seemed to care. They no concerned about making things right. I had several surgeries but I never woke up this bad. Don't bother calling after hours they do not have anyone to answer. And they careless if you like your results. They only want your money! I feel bad for my sister because they already schedule. I pray that she doesnt experience the same thing I did.

Had a rinoplasty done with Dr. Cucin and so happy with results as soon as my cast came off saw a huge difference!!! Mrs. Tameka & the rest of the staff are so nice and caring and very professional. :) the entire process was an amazing experience
