After buying a brand new 2021 vehicle getting into an accident is not exactly first thing on your mind. After I was able to get my car to my house the next thing was where do I turn? What body shop can I trust? My car is a new model year (Chevy Trailblazer) so the stress of a collision center not being able to fix or order the correct parts came into play. Luckily I know about S&S Body Shop so I had my car towed there. The moment I walked up Steve greeted me and from there on out both Ron and John put me at ease with my concerns. I was able to explain my worries and they listened and kept me informed the entire process. All parts put in were from manufacturer. When going in to pick up my car, he was like brand new! Did an absolutely outstanding job and I will definitely refer anyone in the same predicament to go there! Family owned business, puts the customer first, really what more can I say? Hope this is helpful to anyone else who gets dealt this card.

This is a great business. The people who work there are courteous, friendly, flexible, and honest. They were flexible when I needed to switch my appointment time by 1 week, notifying them the day of my original appointment. When I brought my truck in, they finished the work ahead of schedule and I paid less than the original quote. It turns out that one of the pieces they thought needed to be replaced was OK after all. It's not a flashy storefront, but the customer service and professionalism is top notch!
