I have been coming here for a few months now for ortho treatment and cleanings and have always been pleased with service. They are super nice and work with my schedule! The hygienist Suzelle is so kind and really puts you at ease if youre nervous like I am.

I've been trying to get an appointment to finally deal with the teeth (delayed by life stuff), but Dr was on leave. I was having pain, knowing infection present, but bounced from a couple of offices. First (Cape Coral) said she could do anything because she wasn't the primary on the insurance. Insurance said that wasn't true. Another office, was a terrible experience, story for another review.
I finally got an emergency appt here, because of extreme pain, but to see another dentist. First, the office staff was amazing! So helped, so gentle with explanations, so understanding. The assistant was also very helpful and friendly, making sure to address all of my issues and seek answers. Dr Sanchez was so sweet! She did an examination, chatted about my concerns, then the assistant came back with an estimate. Less than half the cost from a previous office, but still so far out of my ability to pay, due to the limitations of my insurance. Staff helped me try to apply for financing, but I could not qualify for enough to cover my needed work. Dr Sanchez came back in to discuss with me again, and explained why I would be an ethical quality of care issue, if she didn't do the minimum, which was what she wrote up. She explained it well, and I understood why she couldn't do less. She had the office staff look up resources for charity clinics, and I did get the information. If I can find the funds, of after I get the charity work done, I WILL RETURN to that office, and Dr Sanchez for all future work! The office truly did everything they could, with caring empathy, to try to assist me, and I cannot hold them to an expectation of "free care", or anything more than they did.

In general, I do Not like dentists, lol. My last experience, pre-pandemic, was with a new doctor, at another practice, who walked into the room, stuck his fingers in my mouth, and never once introduced himself. Needless to say I had not been keen on going back to the dentist post pandemic. I was happily surprised by this office! Everyone was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Things were explained to me, a plan was made, and everyone possible is in the works to help with the financial aspects. Imagine my horror, on SSI and Medicaid, to find out what isnt covered. The office staff was so kind and helpful, working on a payment plan.
A great start to my new dental care team!
