I had a great experience. Dr. Montero and staff were very courteous, professional, and polite. They made me feel at ease, explained the procedure and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location Aspen Dental.

I would like to updated my review for Aspen Dental. We had a sit down with the management at Aspen dental and they agree to write it off as a lost to them due to miscommunication and wrong advise to us. At this point, we are very please and appreciate with their decision and we will remain loyal customer. We will waiting for your e-mail. I had dental insurance, and I decided to choose Aspen dental in Fort Myers as my dental provider. When I went there, I was taken into the office where I provided my insurance. I clearly told them that if it is not covered by the insurance, please do not do any work, or provide me with any services that are not covered by my insurance. And we thought we were done at that point come to know that nine months later we received a bill from Aspen dental for $2,533 claiming that the insurance company never paid them the money for services that we were told were covered by the insurance prior to agreeing on having it done that it was covered. now we are talking with Aspen dental trying to get this resolved After we paid $1,958 for our share of the bill which agreed-upon between us aspen dental and the finance company and now they want an additional $2533. Our bill was about $4,500. please be aware that this could happen to you and just make sure that anything you do with Aspen dental is in writing and is covered by your insurance company and also prior to getting any service done. Make sure you check with your insurance company and see that if its covered do not take Aspen dental word for it they will stick you with a bill nine months later, I hope this is helpful
