Great experience, friendly folks, played baseball with my son across the street and just made it over before close. Din'tt even realize it was there, kind of had too follow people over because they were obviously aware, i'm new to the area... good stuff! love the love boat ice cream

We just moved nearby (less than 3 minutes away) and have been wanting to try Eat and Treats. We finally got the chance today and sent $38 on cooked food and a couple of shakes. The fries and onion rings were both cold and hard. I took about 5 bites of the HUGE Hangover burger and the meat had a bad favor as if it was old. I went to try the grilled cheese and saw mold. I called immediately but there was no answer. I took pictures of the moldy sandwich and headed back. The owner was upset and didn't want to give me refund. I brought all the food back. I took 2 sips of the diet peosi, 6/bites of the burger, and 1 onion and one fry before I saw the mold. Never touched the hotdog or grill cheese or shakes. The owner yelled at me from the window and wanted to just make another sandwich. When I insisted on a refund I told him I was going to caoo the police and my boyfriend to come who could confirm what was eaten. Plus I had pictures. Only after mentioning the police did he give me a cash refund. But as I went to leave, he came out of the building with the bag I out the burger in. In front of kids and adult customers he wanted the $ back and said I ate ALL THE FOOD and stood inches from my face with his. He had the bag with the left if the burger and claimed I was being unfair and ate all the food. I hadn't even been gone 10 minutes. I'm a teacher and a boyfriend a bodyguard and bodybuilder and wrote birth also Uber.. We had job reason to lie. We hadn't eaten all day because he worked his night shift and slept most of the day. I had been wanting to go eat there and saw it was a let's busy and saw the reviews first. When in was on the phone with the police he came out again to take pictures of my license plate and car. My fiance arrived and asked him what was going on. He asked the men to apologize to keep and again he referred to the burger I had started to eat. The burger was almost $9 dollars and 6 bites was all I had before I went back. $37.31 was the total bill and he completely ignored the fact he had the rest of the food and was so upset about the Burger that tasted terrible. I tried to beat it but seeing the mold made me think the burger flavor I didn't like was because the meat was spoiled or old too. I have never had such an awful eating experience nor was ever treated that badly by a business owner when I showed him the mold and hard cold food. For him to further lie and get in my face accusing me of cheating him outnofnhis $ for eating all the food when I didn't was despicable. I never used foul language, didn't name call, and was just upset rightfully so and wanted my $ back. Its ludicrous that he expected me eat the other food and only get a refund for the hard mildly sandwich which thankfully was never bitten into. I wish I could attach the pictures to this review. The police officer was also disgusted when he saw the moldy sandwich. I'm sure other people have had great experiences there with the ice cream which is very difficult to mess up. I, however, purchased the cooked food products and never even got to try the shakes. That was our first and only experience. Eat there at your own risk. It would scare me to have children eat there. I worked in the food industry before and had 2 businesses where I made food for police stations, banks, and some other businesses. I also managed a restaurant about 20 years ago and take food safety very seriously. Had he just apologized and given me the refund maybe I would have returned for just ice cream another time but he ruined everything and felt no shame at all about the poor quality food.
