        spent an hour removing the crushed front end of a car in order to get a part I needed when they came to me and said I have to buy the entire engine in order to get the one part. They have some cars set aside for the engines, but I didnt think they would actually try to salvage the engine of a car that was in a head on collision and was sitting in a literal toxic waste swamp but I was wrong. They divide their yard so awkwardly and it is an absolute swamp when it rains or even weeks after. the parking lot is overcrowded and flooded half the time. I've gotten some decent parts from here before but this just pissed me off.

        I've been going to upull and save on and off for 14 years and have always found what I'm looking for and at a fair price, there the only place I know that if your a couple dollars short it's no problem,one of the many reason I'm a return customer ,not only do they sell hard to find parts they will also buy running or not running vehicles at the best price in town . If you're buying or selling Sammy and the crew at Upull and Save, are you're go to guys and the best bet in town.

We want to clarify that there is a small but specifically and clearly demarcated area in our yard that isn't accessible for self-service. When you entered this area during your visit, our team attempted to guide you and explain that this area was not accessible for self service, but you proceeded to remove parts from a vehicle in this area. Unfortunately, a team member had to get a manager to finally get you and your partner to stop removing parts from a vehicle in this area. You sent us multiple messages about this where we again politely explained our policy and asked if there was any way other we could help you. The guidelines in place are essential for the safety and fairness of all our customers.
