Rooms were not very clean. Very weird setup to even get to an elevator in the hotel. Wasnt impressed! The water in the rooms smelled very funny too. :(

Very disappointed, stained floors, no micro wave , swimming pool not heated. No complimentary coffee. Hard to read lotion, shampoo and soap on dispenser. Shower drain very slow. Bathroom door would not close properly.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. If you're looking for a quiet hotel this isn't it. Metro and Colonial are loud and the cars a.d honking starts early in the morning. The shower was not clean, multiple hairs present. The check in staff was good but when I had issues connecting to wifi other staff wete not helpful. The cleaning staff on the 3rd floor was extremely loud. Since I was working at the hotel I called the front desk to ask them to please have her lower the volume. I was surprised when this person confronted me when I left my room about my call. I forgot that these courtyards do not provide free breakfast. Luckily there is a restaurant within walking distance. The water pressure on the 3rd floor was not great and one day there was no water at all. Although this may have been a city problem it would have been prudent for the hotel to advise of the situation and the nasty brown water that would be present when it was turned back on. I am loyal to Marriott properties but I will not be staying here again when I return to the area, frequently throughout the year.
