This company provided services over many years to my father. In April my father fell ill and left the house. The yard became abandoned looking until I was notified and contracted with a lawn service. After my dad passed and I accessed his accounts there were continuous charges every month. I called this am to find out what kind of services they provided as no bill or invoice came to dad's email or address. Whoever I spoke with said they questioned the state of the yard and tried to contact dad. When I questioned that statement and said I questioned the charges the man said they don't keep track of their customers and became really irrate, yelling, and proceeded to tell me what a bad "freaking' daughter I was and he felt sorry for my dad. I hung up on him. Bottom line, his chemical services might be fine. But as a person and a 'professional' he leaves a lot to be desired. I've said my piece.
One note, the man just called me back and left me a message to say I was what was wrong with the world. :-|
