        Great community for families with small children, wonderful amenities and close to the Freeport Recreational Center. The place to be, if you love Halloween or love Christmas decorations. Plenty of family events, far away from tourists and seasonal residents. It is an HOA community, so you need to follow the rules, they won't let you trash your place and hurt the appraisal of your neighbors' houses.

        Amazing area! The staff is helpful... Only when it suits them, they tend to leave you out of the loop of what is going on. Also, the quality of Dr. Horton houses are the lowest of all new builds. They do not care about their finish quality at all.
