Renter Beware. DO NOT RENT WHILE RAINING!!!!16 footer on on 2/9 was great. Confirmed reservation at the location for 26foot 2/13. On pickup for 2/13 truck was not there when I arrived. Fill in man told me the reservation was at another location. 2 hours later while my hired help got $25 per hour x3 men the truck arrived from another location. Left without looking in back. When I got to storage I opened the back and rain was dripped down from 4 areas!!!! We strategically loaded to put only clothing under leaks. Called corporate in and talked to John S who was Stellar but then the nightmare. Judy from dispatch in Lakeland refunded $25. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
