The receptionist there are extremely rude an impatient. I spoke to two different ladies and both were rude and impatient. One lady told me the attorney that is on my case was no longer working there and the other said that wasn’t true. Neither receptionist provided for me their name or the attorney name that I’m supposed to be speaking to being that the attorney on my case doesn’t work at this practice anymore. This made things much more difficult for me.

Straight to the point, thorough, fast. His receptionist is very knowledgeable, answers in timely manner when called, eager to help with any questions and very good with customer service skills!

Guy is a straight joke if want a real lawyer look elsewhere he just wants the money from and not earn it just look at his poor ratings
