Just got a brand new truck. 2nd payment goes up almost a $100. I paid it didn't wanna get hit with a late fee thought I'd work it out later. My wife calls speaks to their rep they say I can go back to bank pick up my over payment. Had to show my insurance which was up-to-date, they apply my overage to the principle instead of refund. Gives me some off shoot insurance company states they're the issue. I contact my real insurance company they say that doesn't makes sense its the bank. As of today still didn't get my refund and still don't have any sufficient information to where my money went

Deposited a check thru drive thru and was never greeted or acknowledged that I was there. I had to press the call button to verify they got my stuff.
