Weren't able to Guarantee the best of Home Repairs done by the Disaster Home Repair Companies they work with.
Had to deal with a very Unorganized Company with very little supervision during Partial repairs even though the Company had originally stated they would handle all necessary Repairs (so I got my Ins. to approve the Company to do all the Repairs), then later the Company said they were overwhelmed so they would only be handling Exterior Repairs but later didn't even finish Exterior Repairs without repeated calls to ask when they'd be back to complete the job. Then they overcharged for work they didn't do! Worst experience and worried they might have done poor work.
