CrossFit JAX

Anytime we go on vacation we try and drop in to boxes we know will have excellent coaches and community. CrossFit JAX is exactly that. The coach ran an excellent class filled with members of all levels. The community is welcoming, fun and inclusive. We got a great workout in, made new friends and got to tag along on a fun bike ride down the beach with the local crew. If you are looking for a place to drop in to during vacation or somewhere to start your fitness journey this is the place for you. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

Stopped in on a jog. Im from out of town and not a member but I go to another box in Louisiana. Super friendly members and the owner Megan was very welcoming. Very nice facility.

I did a drop-in for a week and was so glad that I did! What a friendly atmosphere. The coaches are so knowledgeable and make the classes fun and challenging. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in town. Thank you CrossFit Jax!

Just an amazing place to be! Moving from another state and finding a new gym is always nerve wracking. Im the type of person who does extensive research before even dropping in or visiting and the number one thing I always look for is a place that seems like they have a strong community. Hear me out when I say, this place has it. Youre always immediately welcomed at the door with a big smile and they are always ready to adjust the workout to your needs and goals. The coaches are phenomenal, and Im so so happy to be a member of CrossFit Jax!

I've been going here for a year now. I'm a beginner in the Crossfit community. I love how everyone is so supportive of each other. The format of the classes, where they take the first half of the class going over the movements, is very helpful. Regardless of your skill set or how long someone has been doing this, fundamentals of the movement is being taught or retaught to everyone together. They provide scaled exercises with every WOD... and the coaches are very personable and seem to really care. It really is a uplifting atmosphere. Zero shaming.
