Hope Coin Laundry

This is the worst experience at a laundromat in my life. They shouldn’t even get the one star! Who runs this place?? I wouldn’t know since they don’t have anyone employed working and their telephone line is disconnected. I sat for 2 hours waiting on non-emergent JSO to come save my clothes from a locked washer stuck on pre-wash. I will never come here again. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY.

Don't bother with this place. It's not clean. Half of the washers and dryers are broken at any given time and not properly labeled as broken. No customer service number if you have a problem, the number listed on Google is disconnected. Put my clothes in a washer that was broken and not properly labeled that it was. It was stuck on the prewash cycle and I couldn't get my clothes out. THIS PLACE IS A FKN JOKE!!!!!

My dad did track down the owners info and I was able to get my clothes out after 3 hours, but if he hadn't found the owners info, who knows if or when I would have gotten my clothes back.

I came here for the first time and was not a good experience. First the change machine didn't give me all the change,second the #2 washer machine tooked all the money I had to move all my clothes to #1, #3 I had to take my clothes wet to another laundromat,#4 I left a note so i could get a refund and today I stop by and nobody even tooked the time to check for the note in to the mail box they provided #5 I try to call but phone is disconnected. Wow

Don’t waste your money. Washers are great but hardly any dryers work. I lost at least 5$ tonight trying to dry. They work for not even a minute. It started to work so I put more coins in and it stops and just doesn’t work.
