In the past 2 months, I have called them for pickup 3 times, and they never show up. No phone call...no "I'm sorry, we're short staffed.", Etc. I schedule...and they just simply never show up. On other occasions, I call...and no one ever picks up. These occurrences have happened with the Shad location and Jax Beach location.
If anyone comes to this page and has another company they recommend, please reach out to me...I need to switch all my communities over to a reliable company.
