I thought med shuttle was the worst. Now I'm questioning myself. Chem medical had made my mother, who most likely has cancer miss two appointments this week. The first time they were getting late so I called and they said it had been cancelled. NOT BY ME. The second time they just didn't show after numerous times of calling and confirming. I definitely will be filing a formal complaint against this supposed transport company. I don't care what I have to do. Never again. They should not be in business.

Everytime transportation schedule them to pick me up they never show up they are not professional at all.

This is the worst medical transport company available. They are either late or don't bother showing up for pick ups at all. I have had them assigned to me on repeated trips and 7 out of 10 times they haven't shown up then when you call them they tell you that your insurance canceled the trip

Waited 2 1/2 hours for pick up after they CALLED ME. continued waiting decided to give them a call back after not being picked up behind 2 ETA called back a 3rd time still sitting after another hour. Each ETA was suppose to be 25 minutes but before the two 25 min there was a flat tire REALLY POOR SERVICE
