Amazing service!!! Brad, Sam and Tim were all super friendly and knowledgable, patiently answered any questions I had. After our water softener was installed, I noticed the water pressure was lighter and gave them a call back. I expected it to be a couple of days before they could come back out, but they had someone come back IMMEDIATELY to fix the issue. So happy I gave them a call!

Recently relocated to Florida and was in the market for a water softener. I reached out to FWT to get an estimate and was throughly impressed by the responsiveness to my inquiry. I was able to receive an estimate the same day (Friday) and scheduled for an install on Monday. Each person I communicated with, from the administrative staff to the technicians for the estimate and install, were incredible. This is a company that prides themselves on customer service and professionalism. They are knowledgable of their products and experts in the industry. It was an impressive and smooth experience would and I highly recommend Florida Water Technologies.
