        My mother lost everything during Ian. Never told her once its a flood zone. No assistance fir the displaced folks. Cannot believe this has happened more than once and is still operational.

        This is NOT a place you want your loved one to live; Shingle Creek floods!! My mother was there for hurricane IRMA 2017 and hurricane IAN 2022. My mother lost all her belongings and years of countless memories. Unclear, what transpired but my mother would have NEVER moved back if she had known there was still a potential flood risk. The most vulnerable in our community has suffered from gross negligence
