Do not buy a hot tub from this company. We have been trying to get our hot tub fixed for 4 months through the warranty since it came with a leak. They STILL havent fixed it. The only hot tub weather in Virginia is over the fall and winter and so now we wont be able to use it until next year. Just save yourself the hassle and go with a company that ACTUALLY cares about their customers. If I could return this hot tub I would. Such a waste of money.

We purchased a brand new spa less than 2 yrs ago and the jets keep leaking. The company will not replace this tub but will continue to replace the broken jets forever. The leaks have ruined my outdoor carpet and the service company who I dont blame cannot get the need parts for months!!! Do not purchase this brand!!

I made the mistake of buying a $$cheap spa from these people. Within 2 years I had 2 leaks in the shell around the seat area. 2 small cracks that luckily were right where I could see them and not around the other side of the tub. Had to send photos of the cracks before they would send me a new shell minus the pump and electronics with me paying for the shipping. Sent a different tub with 24 jets instead of the 16 in the original. Now it developed a leak that was not so easy to find. Had to tip the tub on it's side and cut away part of the plastic tub to get to the leak. It was a crack in the PVC fittings (manifold) that has 14 jets coming from it. Called the company and she sent the WRONG parts next day air free of charge. Had a hard time getting the proper parts. She said that they didn't have a 14 port manifold. Correct. You have to put 3 manifolds together to make of the 14 ports. Was sent an e-mail telling me to "Feel free to order the parts from the link below". Free?? I did order the parts but had to pay for them. Free? Not going to be easy to replace these free parts that broke from No cause of my own. In my opinion these are low quality spas with even lower quality construction. Buy from another company.

Had a problem problem with the heater from a model we bought on Wayfair. The instructions for how to find the serial number plate didn't relate to where I ended up finding the sticker. Different series. But after I found that and provided pictures. Geniva at customer services solved the problem and we couldn't be happier It's been working again for a week straight with no problems, and cranked to 40C in chilly Prince Edward Island November no problem :) As an oyster fisherman who uses tongs (7-12ft long rakes hinged together) over the bow for hours on end. It's pretty sweet to have five water jets streaming on the lower back. Massage is great for as long as it lasts. But the jets don't get tired :)

I have previously reviewed this spa 6 person 7000.00 spa 4 months ago and the service to this spa was good as could be expected. The materials used to make this spa are 1-2 stars. They must make 200% profit on this because the materials are cheap cheap cheap. The spa access covers have no designated fastening and the screws strip out easily. I will install my own anchors The pump motor is annoyingly noisy and the manufacturers tried to fix once by cutting a hole in the shell and still vibrates. I will install my own rubber motor mount. The insulated cover is garbage and was black and faded to light grey in 4 months and now looks 5 years old. I believe the retail store substituted the original which should sit flush in recessed spa tub. This is my 3 rd spa in 25 years and is by far the poorest quality of them all. I would not buy another dreamaker spa.
