BE AWARE!!! NOT GOOD FOR FAMILIES OR CHILDREN!!!!! Lived for a year here and it was a HORRIBLE experience. First of all, in the first two weeks that we move someone entered the house, we call the cops and they said that it was common there, it was a horrific experience. After that we started noticing that the people who lived on top of us were dealing with drugs, we noticed to the management and they didn’t do anything, besides that the other couple on the other side above us always were fighting and hitting each other, we had to call the cops a couple of times too. The golf view is beautiful yes but were you actually live is filthy and totally unhygienic. The neighborhoods DON’T clean after their dogs and it piles up in the dirt ( almost no grass, all dirt) and the management doesn’t even sent a notification about it. They do not care. Our bathroom ceiling felt off after we were constantly notifying that they were marks getting made on the corners, they didn’t do anything. ALL the appliances are cheap and OLD ! We called the electric company because we were paying $200 monthly and it was only me and my boyfriend and they told us that it was because of the all appliances that required more energy. In conclusion, filthy complex, selling drugs, no good management, UNSANITARY, UNSAFETY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. The only people good there is the maintenance crew, they were always in disposition to help and went above and beyond with us.

For the crazy amount of rent you’ll end up paying, you’re better off somewhere else. Too many problems.
