Knowledge and service 2nd to none!
When attacking a home repair you have never done is daunting.
I had to replace the water valves in the bathtub and it was old and leaking.
But with their or her help the job was completed. She matched all the parts and gave me instruction on how to do it.
I will not go anywhere else for hardware they have what you need!

Just went in to see if they had an screw extractor. While the guy behind the counter waited on someone I started looking through some drawers for a washer I'd been looking for. You would have thought I was filling my pockets with them. He kept saying I'll be with you in a minute. I told him I was just looking because I didn't have the washer with me. He kept at it till I'd had enough and told him I'd been coming there for years and left without a thing. I've been going there and gone in the back by myself, which is a real experience and never been treated that way. He needs to understand customers pay his salary. And boy they need as many customers as they can get with the competition out there. I'll go back and avoid him at all costs cause I believe in supporting local businesses.
