This is one of the best costumer services I have received by far! I had them replace the original stereo system in our older RV to a new with apple car play. From the first time I contacted T.J, he gave me advice on what to buy and what to stay away from. Prompt responses to texts and showed up on time! The friendliness and honesty is priceless! So whatever you need to upgrade your home to a smarthome, RV, boat etc… Amplex is top notch! You will not find anyone better or more knowledgeable around! Things I never knew about our RV was explained in a manner that even I could understand! I can’t wait to take our rig on the road and for our next project of changing the tv’s out! First of all let me say TJ did an outstanding job! I am completely inept when it come to the latest and greatest technologies. I received a new TV for Christmas that I needed mounted to the wall within my entertainment unit. TJ had a small window to work as the TV filled the whole space. He very precisely measured the space, found all the studs and installed the wall mount. After that he installed the TV to the mount. He has a great knowledge of my TV and it’s components, so hooking up surround sound, video game systems and satellite dishes were a breeze. Now my space is sleek, and clean, not overwhelmed with wires and random placement. In addition to be knowledgeable and extremely well prepared he is a flat out nice guy. I stress this because it’s hard to find these days. He took the time to explain was he was doing as he went along and made sure everything worked before he left. Even though it was in my own home he made us relaxed, the whole experience enjoyable. We will certainly be calling him again!

Installed some great home security so I can keep an eye on home and boat while we are not in Marco Island. Fantastic job! Feel safe doing business with Mr. Ferguson as we know our home is safe when we are away with his remote monitor systems we now have. I can monitor the watering of my lawn and even the bilge and security my boat! Love knowing my home and boat are safe and sound. Do yourself a favor and use this guy for all home and boat technology needs. Worth every penny we spent!!

TJ and the Amplex team is awesome. He installed a 4g extender, wifi ranger, and a TV in my rv as well as some other electrical work. Very knowledgeable and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
