My recent experience is NOT that good. I would not recommend you buying the windows from Eurocraft. The reason is their complete lack of customer service and extremely bad follow through when you have an issue. Since they are only the manufacturer and recommended an installation company , when it came to solving the issues they washed their hands. Basic issues to solve and at the end their comment was , we are done when the windows were picked up. This becomes a yo-yo affair between them the installer and unfortunately the only that loses is the end customer.

We signed a contract over a year ago to have our windows and doors replaced. Obviously that got pushed back due to the hurricanes here in Florida and there were higher priority homes needing done. But when we tried to reach out and contact our representative and even his supervisor we were met with voicemails and never have been able to get into contact with anyone. Our home still needs widows and Id assume our contract is void after a year. We were promised theyd be done within 8 weeks which got pushed back due to storms, totally understandable, but not a peep from the company and cannot get into contact with anyone. Very unprofessional. Services: General door installation, Window installation

Two stars because I do like the windows and doors, now that it is finally finished. Paid for 60% of windows in July 2023. Was told 8-10 weeks, and that turned into over 4 months. Installation was just completed on April 10th, 2024. French doors came with malfunctioning lock which prevented us from securing our home for several weeks. Sliding glass doors came with no handles/locking mechanism so had to use 2x2s to secure those for several weeks, and had to deal with gap between doors allowing mosquitos and gnats into our home. Also stationary panels were able to be moved during the same weeks, which could have been used by intruders to gain entry. Two windows came in wrong size and had to be reordered. When they finally came in and were brought to our home by the installer, they didn't have the screens, which we are still waiting for, scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (4/13). I've contacted Eurocraft twice about this horrible experience with the windows, and was told both times someone would contact me. To this day I have not been contacted. Although I like the windows and doors, I do NOT recommend Eurocraft. Their customer service is seemingly non-existent.

If you had purchased windows and are not in Florida they do not honor the warranty. They are a new company and don't honor the old companies warranties. Now I get to pay for parts to fix my eurocraft windows.
