Let's be honest. most of the people giving reviews are members who want to kiss up to the association. So they don't get in trouble. I do not need this association. I have degrees of far exceed a simple 40 hour. Real estate class which really only lasts about 25 hours and does not teach you much of what you really need to know and in fact, what a teacher in large part is contrary to established disciplines such as when you're getting a bachelor's a master's and a doctor a degree. All of which I have completed.

I agree that most reviews with high scores are just members. Trying to keep good with your organization that they are a part of as well. As Well, as employees of the organization who are trying to keep their cushy jobs in an organization that is an extinct dinosaur. you don't need a realtor anymore because you could just pay a $100 and list your own properties everywhere and people for the most part, don't trust realtors anymore. I Recently tried to complain about 2 different realtors and was not allowed and was sidetracked and derailed. Because the board wants to keep getting there $1000 or so. Indoors post all the extras. They provide to them every year like electronic lock boxes and courses that they have to pay for and more. it is all one big scam. And many of the people running it wanna feel very important
