        If there is a choice for a star my father and I wanted to open an account and when we approached this establishment the customer was stressing on why other establishments werent taking 2 customers at a time such as this location and asked to speak to the manager,you would think shed calm things down the manager got into a screaming match with the customer and wasnt reasonable at all and stated the customers should actually be thankful they are even open.we are affiliated with other major banks and by far Ive never even seen this behavior. I havent been seen this at a McDonald Suntrust really needs to reevaluate their staffs the lack of professionalism is terrible

        I would like to give 0 star if I could, one teller for the whole bank all the time and she always take her time. She could takes half hour for one customer and dont care how long the line is. The e funny thing is when I asked her to get $20.00 in coins and she told the bank doesnt have. What a bad service.
