I travel quite a bit, so I will contact salons that seem to have higher ratings and inquire about their appointments and services. I contacted this one today, I was told an appointment would be available, then told not. In the meantime, I was placed on hold, I believe I was speaking to 2 different individuals, none of which spoke clear English, and did not seem to want to accommodate me. I then understood that making an appointment is near impossible. This place must be rocking!! Well, I will share with you, I typically pay 5 to 600 hundred dollars a month to take my head to a salon and have them deal with it! 😆. I am a generous group tipper, I will tip not just the hair stylist, I will make it a point to tip the person that washes my hair as well. This place will NEVER see me, its the most unprofessional circus show of a hair salon I have ever spoken with! I can only imagine how the services would be! Shame, I just purchased a pad at SLS Brickell. Guess I will have to find another regular spot when I'm here in Miami. Good Luck !
