Great people. Very thorough inspection for a great price. The video clips explanations for the most important items is an excellent touch.

I called Javier to do a 4 point home inspection. He answered right away when I called, called me back when he told me he would, and scheduled me for his first available. He arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled for and was extremely professional. He was here for the amount of time he had informed me of when scheduling my appointment. I would highly recommend him for any home inspection needs.
PS Im pretty sure the other review is for a different company! Also, if you leave a one star review, you should give a very detailed explanation as to why you are leaving a poor review!
