Stay away from any project Newgard and Menin Group market and develop. The promise of the brochure, website, sales pitch and most importantly the floor plan you are given when you sign the P&S - misrepresents what they will deliver. Fact - the floor plan we (and others) were given at our P&S and expected to see at our walk thru - was completely changed. What you’re promised - isn’t what you get! They ask for top dollar but don’t deliver top quality. Examples - building faces south; they installed low end windows that are not tinted and have poor UV protection grade. Floor tile; cheap porcelain. Lighting; none over the kitchen island, in bedrooms or above shower/tub. The dining room has a ceiling box with no wires Worse, the way they installed the bedroom ceilings, you can’t put in a box for a fan or overhead light. You pay - they don’t deliver! Our second bathroom — their floor plan we all signed at the P&S, shows a “walk-in” shower. My 93 yr old father-in-law stays with us so this “walk-in” shower is a very important feature to our family. At the walk thru - we were blindsided — we saw a small soaking tub - not the “walk-in” shower on our plan. We questioned the change to a soaking tub and said we need the “walk-in” shower. They replied - have your father use your shower. Newgard, Menin and their associates have demonstrated that they don’t care and even if it’s in writing - they can’t be trusted. Unfortunately, they look for ways and will cut corners. Not surprising, the one area they do spend money is on a big law firm to help them get away with their bait and switch. No ethics, morals - no delivery, late for me but not for you - unless you can afford their firm, Greenberg Traurig — beware! The shame of it, this review could have been avoided. We called and called asking to see our unit before the close but we were told for liability reasons NO, not before the close. Now, we believe Newgard, Menin and the others were all concealing the “over promise/under deliver” reality and the surprise changes they made to our floor plan. Bottom line - we strongly warn you not to trust Newgard, Menin or any business associated with projects they market and build. Stay away.

I stayed at the Mondrian in Miami with 2 of my girlfriends for our 5th annual trip (normally we go to Vegas). We had a really amazing weekend and the concierge at the hotel, Richard Montenegro, really took care of us to make sure we had the best time possible. He was an unexpected smile and laugh every time we entered/left the hotel for our non-stop shenanigans all over South Beach. And despite our crippling hangovers, he set us up with the weekend special massages in the hotel spa. Such a fun hotel and amazing staff, we will be back for sure!!
