Car Rental Miami Airport

My friend and I showed up without a reservation and they had us booked and in the room in less than 5 minutes! Alex was so funny and really helpful, he made our stay 10/10. The room was super clean and the beds were really really comfortable. Highly recommend staying here and highly recommend a raise for Alex

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a few things missing from this hotel. First, there was no airport shuttle service; only reserved taxi cab service was available. Second, the television in the lobby was not functioning. We had to take an Uber to the Marriott down the street just to watch some football while we waiting to check in. Lastly, there was no coffee available in the lobby, which isn't too big.of a deal.
