Working with a Omni Claims was such an easy process! Everyone from Michael, Michelle, Carlos, Ivette and more were so helpful and informative. Having never done this before I was nervous and they never left me with a question unanswered, and there were a lot of them! The team was very upfront about how long the process could take which helped manage expectations. I would definitely work then then again and refer them to anyone I know.

I recommend this incredible company without reservation. From start to resolution, Andrew, Michelle, Ivette and Omni were outstanding. We debated whether to use an adjustor or handle things ourselves, and I’m here to say that choosing Omni was absolutely the right decision -- a better result than we could have gotten on our own, plus no headaches. They handled everything and went out of their way to help, even making special arrangements when needed. Their white glove service was professional and friendly, the kind you rarely see today. My insurance claim took over a year in a half to be settled, and as you can imagine each week seemed like an eternity during this process. I am truly grateful for Yen at Omni Claims as my Specialist. She was always so kind and patient. She would even hear me rant on during the really difficult days. I wish all the best of luck and Thank you again for all your hard work.
