We had a great experience working with Mom's Party Rental. Between all the other companies we have ordered in the past for our parties, especially in Key Largo, this by far were the best slides and best company to work with. They were timely with response and processing and also with delivery and pick up. I would order from them again in future parties we have.

The ease of online rental was fairly easy. I was contacted the day before by text I can only pay Zelle the day before delivery. If not, the only other option I have is to pay cash the day of. The person responded with k when I said I will have cash the day off. As a licensed company, I would think they would have the option to pay by credit card. Which, any new customer would not feel comfortable sending hundreds of dollars through Zelle. Once delivered, the bounce house was dirty. It left everyones clothes black and feet dirty. The slide was even worse, my daughters clothes were ruined from just going down it once.
