Terrible service and even though I have used this company in the past, I will not use them again.  I was not given a copy of my contract until days later and made excuses for not installing carpet on given date.  They refused to refund my deposit was given even more excuses.  This is not an honorable business to deal with.

Great experience!!! Their prices, selection and customer service were better than Home Depot. Amazing customer service!! They really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and found the carpet that best matched my needs. I was very picky about color and softness and they were very patient and helped me find the 'perfect' carpet. The installation was a breeze. Installers showed up as scheduled and did a beautiful job. I only wish I could give them more stars!

I am a single woman in Miami and I am very cautious of the workman I have in my home. Carpet world handled everything extremely professionally from the first telephone call there installation process . I was very comfortable with the  installers who came to my home and cleaned as they went along.I have already recommended them to my friends who have also been very happy
