        These people are idiots. Do not get this service. There is a reason cable is going out of business. They lost my cable box and are trying to charge me. Total losers!

        I visited your Summit Broadband customer service office on Collier Blvd in Naples yesterday. I spoke with your Service Representative Peter and received excellent service and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. You have a real asset in your company with Peter and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Summit Broadband.

        Not reliable service, unresponsive to my needs and terrible technical support. After waiting two days for a technician he was here five minutes and said he fixed the problem. Sorry no way - we were down the next day and now have to wait another two days. If we had a choice I would never do business with Summit again.
