Truly amazing buying experience! With such limited supply of carts right now we were unable to find what we wanted here on the east coast of Florida. Called a few places on the west coast of Florida and Superior Kartz came through. The entire transaction was handled over the phone with photos and details so I wouldnt have to travel. My cart arrived beautiful and street legal with title. I couldnt be happier with the excellent customer service. Every step of the way I was kept in the loop and the dates promised were delivered. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, speak to Kevin.

ordered and paid in full for an advent ad-40 street legal golf cart on 02/09/2023, and was told by Kevin roethemier and don robbins that delivery could take up to a month.I went to check the status on 03/21/2023, and was informed by the new management, razor of naples, that superior kartz was no longer in that location.Razor of naples refused to honor the sale, (even though there was a nearly identical cart in the lot) leaving me with a $16579.00 loss, and of course, no cart. Presumably razor assumed superior's assets; does it not assume it's liabilities as well?Currently, Razor is not only using superior's location, but also it's phone number and some of the former employees, some of whom it's rumored had to sign a non-disclosure agreement presumably regarding the relation between the two entities.So Razor is clearly using superior kartz' location, phone number, and some of kartz' former employees, and there clearly is a question of what other assets and liabilities exist between the two entities. And of course, my concern is to be made whole, either with a refund, or with the cart i ordered.Complaints for both companies filed with the Florida consumer protection division. Further Action Pending.
