Brimmer's Custom Decor

This company has no policies in place as far as there crews meeting at the same place in the morning, I went to the gas station to get fuel and a drink inside the store and I could not get to a pump from all the brimmer trucks parked at the fuel pumps so I went inside to get a drink and all the brimmers employees created a line so big it stretched down the 2 aisles all the way to the back of the store. Three of there employees had the restroom tied up. There trucks blocked the pumps while all the crews were inside getting food. Companies with fleets or large crews put grouping/convoy policies in place to avoid congestion, inconvenience or upset the public, which in turn creates a safer environment and better reviews once noticed, and in reality if your not noticed your doing your job as a responsible company who is aware of there impact on a community. Plus it definitely would save on payroll if the crews did not congest one small gas station like that. So until I see a policy put in place by this company my personal opinion and review for them is a 1 star.

Rude rude rude. Was at a gas station this morning. Had a large brimmers truck pull up behind me waiting for the pump. The driver proceeded to stick his head out his window while I was just starting to pump gas into my own vehicle, and scream at me Move! I need that pump. When I said ok Ill be done in a minute, he gave me a nasty look and continued to talk under his breath towards me. Multiple people saw this and were shocked at how rude the employee was.

I have worked with Brimmer's Custom Decor for more than 15 years. Kurt and Sharon Brimmer, owners of Brimmer's Custom Decor, and their team are so great to work with. Everyone on staff is friendly and professional. The decorations throughout the Clubhouse and community look amazing year-after-year.
