We have been using Royal Cleaning since we first opened our AirBNB. Cleaning will make or break this business and I am happy to say that we have had nothing but 5 Star reviews since we started. Carlos is the man and makes our life so much easier. If we buy another property, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him for that one too!

Over promised under delivered. Scheduled a cleaning several days in advance and the owner promised me he would be there without a doubt. Not only did they not show up for the cleaning, they didn’t even answer the phone AT ALL. Don’t use this company if you are looking for a reliable cleaning company because they are far from it.

I can’t believe how amazing they treated us and how amazing they left my house. I had a company come in to re-tile my shower and they did not plastic off my bathroom or air vents, I had construction dust all over my house, my kid is asthmatic and I was unable to stay in my house for two days. They came right away scheduled me in and cleaned everything and organized everything for me. I am literally in tears my place looks amazing thank you so much you will forever be the only cleaning company I go to!! you are amazing in every way from how professional you are how empathetic, you were amazing !!
