I used Certified's services for the first time in June 2021 to perform maintenance on my air conditioner. Tony was my service technician and I was very impressed with the quality of his work. He was very professional and friendly and did a very thorough job. He explained everything he was doing and I was provided with a detailed description of the work performed along with pictures showing the condition of my air conditioner. I also spoke with Dawn and Brandon in the office and was very impressed with the exceptional customer service I received from everyone at Certified.
