      image This store is completely useless. I had trouble talking to an agent over the phone. So I went into a store to talk to a person not a machine. So I go in to speak with the manager. And all she does is dial the same number I was already calling. and then said sorry I dont have any authority to do anything. Nothing was fixed. complete waste of time. they might as well close the office.
