    I have a problem with a part that does not fit and I'm trying since over a month to resolve this with the tech support. Unfortunately they do not answer to e-mails and having to call them multiple times as an International customer is irritating. Specially as I'm not expecting anything free, I would be willing to pay for a working bracket!

    If you need help to find the right parts for your car maybe it's better to find another company ! No really, I'm not kidding ! unfortunately They just don't care about you ! They said "March Performance tech help is rated #1 in the nation" Who says that ? are you kidding ? After one week without answer to my email I decided to try the "Help chat" online. It was not a good idea, not at all ! After waiting for 25m without answer, they hung up ! Cool I tried again, after some minutes someone told me "sorry I wasn't behind my desk" ok, fine. Can you help me now. I asked for a pulley with all informations about my car, the guy gave me a ref number, I checked on their website it wasn't for my car, I told him ! So after another 15 minutes of waiting, he gave me the complete list of pulleys ! If I call you it's because I need to be sure I'm gonna order the right pulley for my car, if your answer is to looking by myself in your list, what is the help chat for ? I hope the business owner will read that because it's very bad for your company, you loose money to pay someone which is useless and which kills your reputation and you loose customers. It was today, March 4th, around 11:30

    little to no Customer service, The sales guy took it upon him self to send me what he thought I should get and not what I requested. I was very specific about what I was looking for and the type of compressor and alternator I wanted. When I ordered the kit I was told neither would be an issue, but the kit I received was not what I was promised. When I called to see why, the guy told me they sent me a different compressor because that's the only compressor that fits on that kit. He also said not to worried because that's what I needed, As thought the guy that had to call to get the displacement specs for the Compressors he is selling has a clue. Personally I have never sold something to one of my clients only to change there order later and include what I think they want. I did return the kit, but they want to stick me for shipping. In this case it was there fault for sending the wrong order, I should not be paying for their mistake.
