Chae was there for us, answering our phone calls, texts and emails, helping us understand the entire process and answered any and all questions we had. Chae simplified the process and helped us every step of the way. Chae made us feel like we were her only clients and we all know how rare that is these days. DuPont Mortgage will be our first and only call when it's time to refinance or make our next purchase.

I decided to go with DuPont Mortgage, Inc. after a friend recommended me to them. They had helped my friend with the refinance of his home and he was extremely happy with their service. I was originally trying to get a mortgage loan with my bank, but no one would return my call. After waiting a few weeks, I decided to give DuPont Mortgage a chance. I must admit, I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were very knowledgeable and willing to take my calls at any hour of the day, including the weekends. This was my first time buying a house and I was very nervous, but they made me feel calm and explained the entire mortgage loan process. I was able to close on my house in about a month. I would highly recommend DuPont Mortgage to anyone who is trying to get a mortgage loan. They are the absolute best!

After waiting on my bank for two months to proceed with the purchase of my new home to no avail, I asked a friend to recommend a Mortgage company to me and immediately told me about Dupont.Their customer service, experience, organization and knowledge was on point and truly impressive. The constant communication and follow up was outstanding, every obstacle we may have encountered during the process came with a quick solution and in less than two months I was closing on the property.I highly recommend Dupont on any service they offer and I sure will use them again if the opportunity arise. It's very difficult to find good and professional service in Miami. They are trustworthy and very friendly staff who truly understood the excitement of purchasing my first home!
