Threads Alterations

DO NOT step foot in this shop. Went to have a basic alteration to my pants. Went to pick it up looked like a 8 Y/O sewed it on. I Asked to be fixed. Was told comeback next day. Wasnt ready. Was asked to come back another day same issue. When I asked for a refund the owner was rude and refused. I asked for the pants back and she threw them at me and said we dont want to work on your dirty pants. The place is an absolute mess. No organization and downright rude. No idea how they get any business or anything done! Service: Alterations

They are unprofessional, overpriced, unfair and rude. It has been such an awful experience, time and time again, that I have decided not to go back. They are ALWAYS late (2-3 weeks). I have arrived to pick up my clothes, I have been asked to come back 3 days later. I go back, Im asked to come back 5 days later, etc etc. They do not compensate for the inconvenience, instead, they complain about work load and business expenses (employee pay, light bill etc). This would be a better business if customer service and professionalism was truly valued. Service: Alterations
