        Your company came to my neighborhood to removed 2 trees including the roots, the mess of the wood debris were everywhere on my house including my patio , my house windows and my car. I call the company to make a complaint n all what you do was sent a guy to blower the debris from my patio around the other neighbors houses and faster blow my car, the car is all messed with all the wood residue, so I try to contact your company again by phone and no one responds to my complaint all what they do was leave me hanging on the phone with no response ignoring my disappointment whit your irresponsible response to my complaint.

        We've used another tree service for 10 years. Went with Any Town Tree because they responded immediately with a quote and was lower priced . They also completed the job quickly and removed debris better. We have bamboo palms that are delicate. The crew took extra care so as not to damage them. We will recommend them to our friends and neighbors from now on... Thank you Any Town Tree for delivering quality and affordability!

      Hi Maribel, We did perform a service at your neighbors property that did include stump grinding. We apologize that the wind blew some debris onto your property which does happen when it is windy outside, we have no control over that. When we received your initial call the gentleman was still on the neighbors property working and offered to clean up the mess once he finished the job. At that time you let us know you needed to leave for work and you were taking your vehicle so and we would not be able to attempt to clean it and we would not have access to the lanai either. We agreed that our employee would return the following day (today) between 9:30 and 10:30. He showed up this morning and attempted to clean off some of the debris. You then called the office and complained that you were unsatisfied with the job he did so we told you we were going to let the owner know and he would stop by the property to take a look. That was at 10:47 this morning. The fact that you have the audacity to write a complaint when you have not given us an appropriate amount of time to analyze or rectify the situation is really quite unfair. At every turn we have communicated with you and followed through on what we said we were going to do like we do with all of our customers. This 1 start review is absolutely false and lacks any credibility whatsoever.
